Win-Shield and the environment 

The plastic in our shield is fully recyclable and our head bands incorporate bio-degradable “latex free” foam that can be recycled as well. A key benchmark when we select our supply chain partners is whether they can meet our standards for reducing our environmental impact. We designed a simple, yet effective, way to allow the end user to assemble the headbands themselves. This simple step has helped to reduce the size, storage requirements and carbon footprint of our shipments and to keep the shields out of landfills.
